Your story contains election misinformation. There are no machines switching votes from Trump to Harris. Fox News had to pay Dominion Voting Systems $787.5 million for spreading that lie last election. I live in CA and had to show my ID to register to vote. There are no states where "anything can happen" re: people voting who aren't supposed to vote or voting multiple times etc. Trump brought more than 60 law suits over those kinds of claims the last election and NOT ONE was found in his favor. It's misinformation designed to make people mistrust the election. Russia and Iran are involved in some of it.
