This is the key sentence. She's not real. Lately, I've been very focused on noticing and acting on my REAL thoughts and feelings, not performing my conditioning. I think that's improving ALL my relationships, including my marriage, and my life in general. But it's not easy! Women are so brainwashed. :(

I don't think this necessarily means you can only have one night stands with strangers. Just that we don't have to believe that whole "in love" fantasy in order to pursue sexual satisfaction.
