The day women are seen by society as whole individuals and not the "better" half of a prospective male mate will be a better day. Thanks for sharing your story. I imagine many women can relate. If I had divorced my husband when my children were small, there's no way I'd let another man into the house due to fear of child molestation. We can't know the numbers because people aren't telling, but my impression is stepfathers are not to be trusted with little girls and boys. :(
