Thanks, Aza. I'm not sure what you mean by the reserves. Is that money? Oil? I'm unaware. The story I've heard is the U.S. spent a lot of money there--but I imagine it was mostly on weaponry. We'd do a lot better building hospitals and schools than providing guns.
