A crazy man killed an old white man in Glen Park. Another one beat up a Chinese woman at a bus stop downtown. One pushed a woman onto the subway tracks in NYC. She died. But these crazy meth-addicted men won't be taken off the street--where they create a public health hazard by shitting and peeing and leaving garbage on the sidewalk--because it violates their "freedom" to be mentally ill. Kanye is protected from those outcomes by money. He should be in a mental hospital.
