I've read more than one story about the horrible state of the family court system when in comes to child abuse. I wish you well. I wish I had a solution. It's criminal what they do to mothers who try to bring their abusive ex-husbands to justice--how they protect perpetrators of abuse and harm children in the process. I'm so sorry to read it is happening to you. :(
