It's interesting. When I was motivated to campaign against Trump, I was surprised to learn the way that is done is not by trying to convince Trump lovers to change their mind, but by trying to convince the indifferent and disengaged to get out and vote. I think the same thing applies here. If decent people would just stand up for their values, our world would be a better place. There are always going to be haters and evildoers. The chance of eliminating them is nil. The trick is to enliven the bystanders to no longer stand by but step up.
