If the woman is intoxicated it's not right for the man to have sex with her, period. It's not possible to "lead him on" or consent in that state. And if she continued a sexual relationship with him afterward, that's only a measure of her low self esteem, not an exoneration of his rape of an incapacitated victim. Thank goodness she eventually saw him for what he was--a rapist--and regained her faith in herself.
