I was lucky enough to see Maya Angelou speak at a convention for teachers one time. She was such a wise and wonderful woman and had great charisma. It's amazing that someone who experienced these hardships could grow into such a loving and caring old woman. Thank you for sharing her story. I can't wait for Part Two!
