I used to do my husband's laundry. One day he complained that I hadn't done the laundry in two weeks so he was going to do it himself. Such a terrible punishment! Hahahah! We live in an apartment in a city and ever since that day he takes his clothes to a "wash and fold" and pays other people to do it, as he should. All "women's work" should be shared or paid for, imho. Fortunately, he doesn't think dirt is manly. But I'm still glad he launders his own clothes. I still do the sheets and towels, of course, because the system isn't perfect. But maybe one day, he'll share those, too...
