I think women sharing details about men's sexual behavior is good practice. If the boy would be humiliated by people knowing he got a hard on, he wouldn't have pressed it against that girl's leg. Knowing who is a creep and who isn't is important to women since they are so often the victims of sexual assault.
As to bragging about their own sexual attractiveness, that reads as simple immaturity to me. Many children brag. And wanting to be considered sexy or attract male attention is not the same as wanting to be pressured into sex. Right?
