I hate that I can't make images small and sit within text anymore. I don't always want a huge image. I also can't put two or three images in a row. Eliminating this feature was a bad idea. Why on earth would you make your platform less elegant? One of the best features of Medium was how good the formatting looked. Not anymore. And that column on the right which you say you sacrificed the image functionality for? Useless. Now on my 13" laptop I see two headlines. That's it. On the right is suggested topics (no thanks), suggested people to follow (no thanks), and a list of things I've saved (I already know what I've saved). There is zero value to the column on the right. But what I've lost is very valuable--a layout that gives me maybe 10 headlines to consider reading and better functionality in placing photos. Lame.
