I don't want to contribute to the trivialization of indecent exposure via sending unsolicited dick pics, but one strategy that I think would reduce the frequency of the practice is ridicule. Laugh at them. Tell them how small and silly their dicks are, and how weird they are for taking and sending pics of them. They must want to scare us. Right? So don't be scared.
