I didn’t, unfortunately. That was the argument used to defeat her proposals, which were passed in a couple of U.S. cities, then vetoed by the mayor (governor?). Later, similar proposals (calling it a violation of women’s civil rights and sex discrimination) passed in Canada. It did point me in the direction of something I want to hunt up, a transcript of her 1986 testimony before the Meese Commission. I wish I could hear her speak. I bet she really knew how to rouse the rabble! :p She wrote a book in 1981 specifically about porn. I might have to get that if I want to delve further: “Pornography: Men Possessing Women.” But her passages analyzing porn were the most excruciating in the book…
